Departing from sin, being appalled by sin, being vocally against sin, with love preaching repentance and forgiveness are the very nature of the being of a Christ follower.  To embrace, ignore or to remain silent about sin is to be accomplice with sin and thereby an enemy of HIM, who alone is the righteous Judge.

2Tim. 2:19 Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ DEPART from iniquity.

He will set His mark!  The precident has been stated.

Ezekiel 9:4 And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof. 5 And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity: 6 Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house.

God will Judge!

Ro 8:7  Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

Sin make us the enemy of righteousness (of God).

Jas 4:4  Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

Jesus alone can make peace!

Eph 2:15  Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

Jesus alone can reconcile!

Eph 2:16  And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:

Where do you stand?  As one pastor stated,  "Our time is a time of purification of the local Church.  I have see popular "Pastors" abandon God's position against sin to accomidate sin and I have see weak Christians become beacons of truth.    How will you be found when Jesus calls?
